  • Designed reusable business-rule and campaign capabilities so financial programs can change mainly through configuration rather than repeated releases.
  • Built a reusable banking integration and onboarding framework with support for partner-specific certificates, encryption, validation and communication policies.
  • Improved throughput from 40 to 200 requests/sec per instance and reduced production instances from 14 to 8 through JVM tuning, multi-level caching, asynchronous processing and database optimization.
  • Investigated production issues across JVM behavior, threads, logging bottlenecks and downstream latency, and strengthened observability with structured logging, dashboards and monitoring.
